– Cocktail-size pork pies served with tomato pickle
– Individual mini vegetarian quiches served with red onion marmalade and shaved Parmesan cheese
– Mini Yorkshire puddings topped with roasted sirloin steak and creamed horseradish
– Smoked salmon and soft cream cheese blinis
– Smoked mackerel pâté served on toasted brioche or crostini
– Baby plum tomatoes, mozzarella and basil skewers
