Cocktail-size pork pies served with tomato pickle

Individual mini vegetarian quiches served with red onion marmalade and shaved Parmesan cheese

Mini Yorkshire puddings topped with roasted sirloin steak and creamed horseradish

Smoked salmon and soft cream cheese blinis

Smoked mackerel pâté served on toasted brioche or crostini

Baby plum tomatoes, mozzarella and basil skewers
