Naturally smoked haddock and chorizo bound in a white wine and manchego cream sauce served in a ramekin garnished with rocket and griddled asparagus.

Open Roasted sweet pepper filled with roasted garlic baby plum tomatoes and either sliced chorizo or anchovies and prawns finished with a rich tomato passata served with Artisan bread.

Main

Herb crusted rack of lamb served with a red wine and port reduction.

Slow roasted neck of lamb fillet marinated in redcurrant, garlic and balsamic vinegar wrapped in

Serrano ham and served with Greek yoghurt garlic and mint on the side.

Or

Chicken breast filled with a caramelised red onion marmalade wrapped in Parma ham and roasted,

served with a wild mushroom & crème fraiche sauce on the side.

Both can be served with either Dauphinois potatoes or small roasted potatoes tossed in olive oil,

rosemary & sea salt, although I think the chicken would be better with the roast potatoes.

A medley of vegetables to include roasted Chantenay carrots tossed in honey & cumin and purple

sprouting broccoli, together with a Complimentary mixed leaf salad with avocado and asparagus.
